Glen Craig Delivers Keynote Presentation at Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction

Glen Craig, an expert in disaster resilience, recently delivered a keynote presentation at the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR) in Brisbane. Convened by the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR), the APMCDRR serves as the primary regional platform in the Asia-Pacific for promoting coordination and cooperation on disaster risk reduction (DRR) and the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. Craig, representing the Geneva-based Connecting Business Initiative, highlighted the importance of collaboration between various stakeholders, including governments, non-governmental organizations, and businesses, in addressing the challenges of disaster risk reduction.
